| PRACTICE ICE INFORMATION
FOR THE NON-QUALIFYING COMPETITION

Details on Practice sessions for the Non-Qualifying Competition are posted below.
The cost for each practice sesson is $15. Please e-mail your practice ice
requests to Dina Gold. Please specify date/time/rink.
Clarification: On the practice sessions marked "DANCE", dancers will be allowed
to practice compulsory dance patterns with their partners. Freestyle
competitors can sign up for these sessions, but will need to be aware of, and
yield to any dance teams practicing on on the session. NO music (dance or
freestyle programs) will be permitted on any of the practice sessions.
Practice ice will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Payment secures your spot. Please mail payment
to Dina Gold c/o NQ Practice Ice, 6107 Swansea Street, Bethesda, MD 20817.

Ice that is not paid for in advance will be given to wait-listed skaters 15 minutes before
the session begins. Please do not request more than two consecutive sessions. Email Dina with any questions.
